Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher

On November 25, 1996, the Lord awakened Juanita Whitfield to a vision where she was walking up a flight of stairs to an open door.  There, the Lord began to speak, giving her two choices; walk through the open door and become a pastor or remain as a helper of the church.  The Lord said if she walked through the door it would close and the stairs would crumble; meaning “NO TURNING BACK!”  Juanita made the choice to walk through the open door and become a pastor.  Then God gave Pastor Juanita Whitfield the name and the vision of Faithful Walk Ministries.  He wanted the Ministry to be led by His Spirit.  God gave her a vision which includes a school of ministry, an outreach that would feed and clothe the people, and a transition home.

December 8, 1996, was Faithful Walk Ministries’ first service at Pastor Juanita’s residence 5117 West 21st Street, Los Angeles, CA. On July 8, 2007, God honored Pastor Juanita’s work and bestowed upon her an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity.  On September 21, 2013, Dr. Juanita was consecrated as an Apostle.  On November 15, 2013 God brought the vision to pass and Dr. Juanita Whitfield opened her first school E.W. Institution School of Ministry in honor of her late Father Earl Whitfield who said he was proud of her.  Since the opening of the school there have been ten graduates, four pastors and six evangelist. In May of 2017, God sent Dr. Juanita Whitfield back to one of the communities where she was raised to open Faithful Walk Ministries Outreach bringing another vision to pass where she feeds and clothes 200 plus families a week. God also spoke to her to establish Another Chance Center a transition home for ex-lifers. Dr. Juanita Whitfield loves to help God’s people, she speaks the truth, she loves to laugh, eat, but most of all she loves to do the will of God.
